Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit 4, North Moor Road, Northallerton, DL6 2GQ. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. The register of applications and a record of this application is available for inspection at North Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Boroughbridge Road, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at licensing.ham@northyorks.gov.uk or by post to the above address at any time up to and including 17th November 2025. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
