What is proposed?

for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited has applied to London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as White Horse, 1-3 Parsons Green, London, SW6 4UL. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. To permit the sale of alcohol, both on and off sales, Sundays to Thursdays 11:00 to 00:00 hours and Fridays & Saturdays 11:00 to 00:30 hours the following morning (same as the existing Premises Licence 2023/00464/LAPR); sale of alcohol from proposed external bar will cease at 23:30 hours.
2. To permit recorded music, indoors, Sundays to Thursdays 08:00 to 00:30 hours the following morning and Fridays & Saturdays 08:00 to 01:00 hours the following morning (reduction from current 24-hour permission).
3. To permit late night refreshment Sundays to Thursdays 23:00 to 00:00 hours and Fridays & Saturdays 23:00 to 00:30 hours the following morning (same as existing permission).
4. To permit opening hours Sundays to Thursdays 08:00 to 00:30 hours the following morning and Fridays & Saturdays 08:00 to 01:00 hours the following morning (same as existing permission).
5. Additional non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority.

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via the register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing no later than 19 November 2025. A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing or by request (020 8753 1081). Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
