What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Bolivar Media House Ltd on this day, 17th October 2025, has applied to Ealing Council for a New Premises Licence to permit: The Retail Sale of Alcohol: (on) Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 23:30, Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until 01:30. Late Night Refreshment: (on) Friday to Saturday from 23:00 until 01:30. Open to the Public Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 00:00, Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until 02:00. Premises known as: Bolivar Restaurant London situated at: 30D park Royal Road London NW10 7LF. The Council’s licensing register can be accessed online by visiting http://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_trading.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL. Tel: 020 8825 6655.Email: licensing@ealing.gov.uk.

To be received by no later than: 14th November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation and must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives. The prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, The prevention of public nuisance, The protection of children from harm. Copies of representations will be included in reports to the licensing sub-committee and therefore will pass into the public domain.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
