What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Cardiff Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Crwys Hotel at 34 Crwys Road, Cathays, Cardiff, CF24 4NN. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To extend the terminal hour in respect of retail sale of alcohol until 01:00 on Friday and Saturday. 3. To amend the children’s condition. 4. To delete conditions: 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Cardiff Council, Room 203, City Hall, Cardiff, CF10 3ND. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 18th November 2025 (www.cardiff.gov.uk).

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
