What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Hull City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Old English Gentleman at Worship Street, Hull, HU2 8BG. The application includes the following terms:-
1. To amend times for all licensable activities so as to commence at 09:00 hours and terminate at 02:00 hours the following day (regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and sale of alcohol).
2. To amend the children’s condition.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Hull City Council, Democratic Services, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 18th November 2025 (www.hullcc.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
