An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF by 7/11/2025 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
