Notice is hereby given that The Dedham Coffee Collective Ltd, trading as The Dedham Tea Rooms, of Brook Street, Dedham, Colchester, Essex, CO7 6AD, has applied to Colchester City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 18:00.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 6 November 2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10 am and 3 pm Mon-day to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, or
online at www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister
It is an offence, on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
