What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: notice of application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Buckinghamshire Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 44 London Road West, Amersham, HP7 9DD.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

Full details of this application and the proposed activities may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or at the Council website. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority by e-mail to Ucensing@bucldnghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council; The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF at any time up to and including 17th November 2025. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
