Notice Variation Application under The Licensing Act 2003: THE SHAWL PUBLIC HOUSE, 320 NORTHOLT ROAD, SOUTH HARROW, HA2 8EE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: SEAMUS MCCABE has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a variation to the current premises licence to allow the following changes: Hours Open to the public on the following days and times: Sunday 00:30-01:30, Monday to Wednesday 00:30-01:00, Thursday 00:30-01:30, Friday and Saturday 00:30-02:30; Live music on the following days and times: Monday to Sunday 23:00-00:00; Sale of Alcohol on the following days and times: Monday 00:00-01:00, Monday to Wednesday 00:00-03:00, Thursday 00:00-01:00, Friday and Saturday 00:00-02:00; Recorded music on the following days and times: Sunday 00:00-01:00, Monday to Wednesday 00:00-01:00, Thursday 00:00-01:00, Friday and Saturday 00:00-02:00.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must write to the Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 18, Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2UT (email: licensing@harrow.gov.uk) by 11 November 2025 and give reasons for their opposition.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence may be invited to attend a hearing.
