What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Unit 8 Eureka Leisure Park,Trinity Road,Ashford,TN25 4BN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays; The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Please see application for full details

.Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing,Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place,Ashford,Kent,TN23 1HU or by email to licensing@ashford.gov.uk no later than 18th November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Ashford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, by appointment by calling 0123333111 or on the council’s website - www.ashford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
