What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Unit 8 Eureka Leisure Park,Trinity Road,Ashford,TN25 4BN.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays; The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Please see application for full details
