What is proposed?
We The Hideaway 131 LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence
At, 131 - 133 High Street, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, LL19 9AS known as The Hideaway 131 LTD
The application is to vary the premises licence to extend the existing hours for the provision of Recorded Music (Indoors) Monday - Wednesday 23:00 hrs - 00:30 hrs, Thursday - Sunday 23:00 hrs - 01:00 hrs, and Sale of Alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) Monday - Wednesday - 23:00hrs - 00:30 hrs, Thursday - Saturday - 23:00 hrs - 01:00 hrs and Sunday 22:30 hrs - 01:00 hrs, to add the provision of Live Music (Indoors) Monday - Sunday 23:00 hrs - 00:30 hrs, to Substitute existing plan for a new one and remove out of date conditions that are no longer relevant.
