What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as King of Prussia, 363 Regents Park Road, London, N3 1DH applied to London Borough of Barnet for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:

  1. To remove old out-dated conditions 7, 8, 9, 10 & 15 under Annex 2 of the Licence. (Whilst preserving drinking up time in relation to ‘opening hours’ on the morning of British Summertime).

  2. To amend the last admission time to 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday.

  3. To amend the hours for sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment currently authorised by the Licence to commence at 10:00 hours.

  4. To update the deposited licensing plan to reflect the current layout of the premises.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, Barnet, NW9 4EW or email licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk no later than 12 November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
