What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as King of Prussia, 363 Regents Park Road, London, N3 1DH applied to London Borough of Barnet for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:
To remove old out-dated conditions 7, 8, 9, 10 & 15 under Annex 2 of the Licence. (Whilst preserving drinking up time in relation to ‘opening hours’ on the morning of British Summertime).
To amend the last admission time to 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday.
To amend the hours for sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment currently authorised by the Licence to commence at 10:00 hours.
To update the deposited licensing plan to reflect the current layout of the premises.
