LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION for a PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Brick Lane E1 Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises at basement & Ground Floor, 49 Brick Lane, London, E1 6PU to permit the sale of alcohol, late night refreshment and the playing of live & recorded music between the following hours Monday to Saturday 1000-0200 Sundays 1000-0000

Please note, in terms of hours and licensable activities this is a copy of the current premises licence already in place at the venue. This application removes the outdated schedule and brings it up to date with better conditioning.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk tel; 020 7364 5008

Representations must be received no later than 11/11/2025

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine)
