PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Il Sorriso WM Ltd has applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Il Michelangelo, 34 High Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3JA.

The proposed licensable activities are:

• Sale of alcohol (for consumption on the premises): 10:00 – 23:30 Monday to Sunday (extended to 00:30 on Bank Holidays)
• Live music (indoors): 09:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday (extended to 01:00 on Bank Holidays)
• Recorded music (indoors): 09:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday (extended to 01:00 on Bank Holidays)
• Late night refreshment (indoors): 23:00 – 00:00 Monday to Sunday (extended to 01:00 on Bank Holidays)

A copy of the application may be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Office, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Lister Road, Dudley, DY2 8JW (Tel: 01384 815101, email: liquor.licensing@dudley.gov.uk) during normal office hours.

Any person may make representations concerning this application in writing to the above address no later than 17 November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
