Anyone wishing to make representations towards this application can do so by email to licensing@harrow.gov.uk. These representations must be made not later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of the full representations (including personal details) will in turn be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
