LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on 22nd October 2025 Jack Thornton applied to South Ribble Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises 20-22 Chapel Brow, Leyland, PR25 3NE. The proposed licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol on the premises between the hours 09:00–23:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 09:00–01:30 Friday to Saturday. The playing of recorded music between the hours 23:00-24:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:00 to 02:00 Friday to Saturday. The playing of live music between the hours 23:00-01:00 Friday to Saturday, and 23:00-24:00 Sunday.
