Licensing Act 2003: Application To Vary Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Slow & Easy Manchester Road Lostock Gralam Northwich CW9 7PJ for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the licensable area shown on the submitted plan this is to allow the use of an external bar. To remove condition – Regulated Entertainment to be provided indoors only. To add conditions relating to the use of the external bar, the full list can be found online on the council website. There are no changes to the hours for licensable activities.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewest.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 11 November 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
