Type Of Licence Premises Licence (New Application) Applicant Nomi Hexham Ltd of Nomi Restaurant, 26 Priestpopple, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 1PQ.

Details of existing relevant licensable activities, or those to be carried on at the premises if this is a new application. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, including a proposed outdoor seating area to the front (subject to a separate pavement licence); the provision of late-night refreshment; live and recorded music; and performance of dance (indoors). Proposed hours of operation: Monday -Thursday: 09:00 - 23:00 Friday - Saturday: 09:00 - 23:30 Sunday: 09:00 - 23:00 (Non-standard hours: New Year's Eve 09:00 - 01:00) The external seating area will close by 22:00 daily.
