NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Cenk Kaya has applied to Licensing Authority of Hackney Council for a Premises Licence at:
Whitmore Express, 6-8 Whitmore Road Hackney London N1 5DT.
To permit for the licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises: From 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 13/11/2025.
Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm.
Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
