NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

James Miller applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 14/10/2025 for a licence to use the premises at Keighley Playhouse, 5 Devonshire Street, Keighley, BD21 2BH for: Extending supply of alcohol (for on premises consumption) to: 08:00 – 01:00, Monday – Sunday

Add provision of films (indoors): 10:00 – 01:30, Monday – Sunday

Add provision of live music (indoors): 23:00 – 00:00, Monday – Sunday

Add provision of recorded music (indoors): 23:00 – 01:00, Monday – Sunday

Add provision of late night refreshment (indoors): 23:00 – 01:00, Monday – Sunday.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU by 11/11/2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
