To whom it may concern: We: SAYMA LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Kassia Fusion, 11 Milton’s Yard, West Street, Axminster, EX13 5FE

The application is for following licensable activities: The on and off supply of alcohol: Mon-Sun, 12:00-23:00, NYE - 12:00-01:00, Live&Recorded Music, NYE - 23:00-01:00

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 14th November 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
