Licensing Act 2003: application for new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Heckfield Park Farm Limited to Hart District Council for the grant of a new premises under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of a premises known as Heckfield Park Farm situated at Bramshill Road, Heckfield, Hook, RG27 0LA to permit the following: The sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) every day from 09:00 to 23:00. The premises will be open to the public every day from 09:00 to 23:30. For the above, to permit licensable activity from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve, until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

The application also includes a comprehensive set of conditions in order to promote the four licensing objectives. A copy of the application can be viewed on request from Hart District Council Licensing Authority. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council at the Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH during normal office hours. Anyone wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Officer, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH or by email to hartlicensing@basingstoke.gov.uk not later than the end of 13th November 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council at the above address during normal office hours by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
