Crackington lnstitute Village Hall, Higher Crackington, St. Genny's - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
We the Crackington lnstitute Committee give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a new Premises Licence in respect of Crackington lnstitute Village Hall, Higher Crackington, St. Genny's, Cornwall, EX23 0JL.
The application is to provide a venue for (a) plays, (b) films, (e) live music, (f) recorded music, (g) performance of dance, and (h) similar regulated entertainment to (a, b, e, f & g).
Also, to supply and sell alcohol on the premises (both inside and outside) from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10am and 11pm and Sunday from 10am to 10.30pm.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensinq@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 20 November 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
