LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Chelsea Fine Food Ltd has applied to Oxford City Council on 17 October 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Megan’s Deli, 24-26 George Street, Oxford, OX1 2AE for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films; Live & Recorded Music), the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 08:00-01:00, on the same terms as the former premises licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX or by email to: licensing@oxford.gov.uk to be received by no later than 14 November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.oxford.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
