Application For Full Variation of a Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Jaam Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to Oxford City Council on 16th October 2025 to vary the Premises Licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 44-46 Cornmarket Street, Oxford, OX1 3HA. The Premises Licence currently enables the restaurant to open from 06:00 until 00:30 every day and provide the licensable activity of Late Night Refreshment on Sundays to Saturdays from 23:00 until 00:00. The proposed variation is to extend the opening hours and licensable hours for Late Night Refreshment to enable the restaurant to trade from 06:00 until 03:00 on Sundays to Saturdays. Your representation must be received by 13th November 2025.
