What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that The Boot Room Sports Cafe Limited has applied in respect of the 43 St Johns Street, olchester, Essex, CO2 7AD, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption:

Mon-Sun (11:00-00:00), New Year’s Eve: 11:00-01:00.

Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music): Mon-Sun (07:00-00:00).

Late Night Refreshments: Mon-Sun (23:00-00:00), New Year’s Eve (23:00-00:30)

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 10 November 2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online https://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensing/alcohol-and-entertainment/

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
