What is proposed?

To whom it may concern: We Innovation Hospitality Limited
 Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the
Licensing Authority at Runnymede Borough Council for a
premises licence at Wick Road, Englefield Green, Egham,
Surrey TW20 0HN known as The Bailiwick.
The application is to:-
1) Permit the sale of late-night refreshment from 2300 to
0030 every day and from 2300 on New Years Eve to 0500
the following morning.
2) To permit the sale of alcohol from 1100 to 0000 Monday
to Saturday, 1200 to 2300 on Sunday and from the end of
permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted
hours on New Years Day.
 Any person wishing to make representations to this
application may do so by writing to Runnymede Borough
Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Station Road,
Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH or by email to licensing@
runnymede.gov.uk not later than 18th November 2025
Representations received after this date will not be
considered. A copy of the application can be viewed
at Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station
Road, Addlestone, during normal office hours. It is an
offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with this application, the maximum fine on
summary conviction being £5,000.
