What is proposed?
A Statement of Licensing Policy has been
adopted by Halton Borough Council.
1.The statement will be published on 30 October 2025.
2.The statement will come into effect on 7 January 2026
immediately following the expiry of the current policy;
3.The Statement can be found at the following
internet address www.halton.gov.uk;
4.The statement may be inspected at the
following addresses Halton Direct Link Offices
at Brook Street Widnes and Halton Lea
Runcorn during normal office hours.
