What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We PP & SG Properties Limited, 8 Suez Street, Warrington WA1 1EG have applied to Wirral Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Blue Bell, 11-13 Park Street, Birkenhead CH41 1ET for the following Licensable Activities:

Supply of alcohol, Live and recorded music:

Monday to Thursday 1000hrs to 0100hrs

Friday to Sunday 1000hrs to 0200hrs.

Late night refreshment:

Monday to Thursday 2300hrs to 0100hrs

Friday to Sunday 1000hrs to 0200hrs.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:30 at the Licensing Office, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. Alternatively, details of the application may be viewed online – https://wirral.gov.uk/la.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Office by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk or to Town Hall, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH27 9FQ no later than 12th November 2025.

It is an offence (maximum fine of £5000) knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
