Gateshead Council LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE Zanapoli 168a Kells Lane NE9 5HY Notice is given that Demi Boccardi has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol both on and off premises: 12:00 - 22:30 Mon to Sat. 12:00 to 22:00 Sundays Recorded Music indoors only: 09:00 - 23:00 hours everyday Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
