What is proposed?

Rajakulendiran Thavapragashan Has applied for a
PREMISES LICENCE for:
173 Allerton Road, Mossley Hill, Liverpool L18 6HG
For the following licensable activities:
 Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises
07:00 Hours to 23:00 hours each day
You can view a record of the application and make a
representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/
licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to
request a call-back for an appointment to view the
application. Representation can also be made by post to –
Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection,
Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the 12th
November 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
