What is proposed?
That TAJ 2 BERRY STREET LTD., Has applied for a
Premises Licence for 33 Berry Street, Liverpool L1 9DF for
the following licensable activities and days and times of
operation: Late-night refreshment from Monday to Sunday
from 23:00 until 05:00.
You can view a record of the application and make a
representation on it either through liverpool.gov.uk/
licensingrepresentations or alternatively ring 0151 233 3015
to request a call-back for an appointment to view the
application. Representation can also be made by post to –
Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection,
Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received in writing no later than
the 13/11/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
