Premises: No33 (cafe), 33 Greenwood Way, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 6JX
Notice is given that Nicholas James Negus has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol (on premises) Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00 Friday & Saturday 09:00 to 22:00 Sunday 09:00 to 18:00 Recorded music Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 22:00 Sunday 08:30 to 18:00 Live music Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00 Sunday 10:00 to 18:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 6th November 2025 The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
