Licensing Act 2003: Application to vary Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Co Limited has applied in respect of Red Lion - Swindon, High Street, Cricklade, Swindon SN6 6DD for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the licensable area shown on the submitted plan, drawing number 1934-25-002. To remove all conditions currently under annex 2 and replace with a full list of new conditions covering all licensing objectives and which includes CCTV, SIA, Incident book, Staff Training, External bar, Prevention of public nuisance, Capacity, Ask Angela (or similar), Challenge 25, Refusals register and PubWatch. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
