NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Castles in the Sky Projects CIC applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 08/10/2025 for a licence to use the premises at 1-3 John Street, Bradford, BD1 3JT for Provision of regulated Entertainment Monday to Sunday between 10:00-2:00. Late Night Refreshments Friday-Saturday 23:00-03:00, Retail by sale of alcohol Monday to Friday between 13:00-3:00.
Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road Bradford BD7 1PU by 5th November 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
