APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We – Shazam Productions Midlands Holdings LTD have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: HIMLEY HALL PARK & Walled Garden, Himley Rd, Himley, Dudley DY3 4DF. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: 7 Days a week – Monday to Sunday. Live Music - 11:00 to 22:30, Recorded Music - 11:00 to 22:30, Supply of Alcohol - 11:00 to 23:00, Provision of Films - 11:00 to 22:30, Anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music and the performance of dance - 11:00 to 22:30.

to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 10th November 2025. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
