What is proposed?
I/We Mr Rishpal Singh Bhatia do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing
Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at 16 Dudley Road, Southall UB2 5AR and
known as Kingsway Express. The application is to permit the following activities: The Sale by Retail
of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Saturday: 08:00 – 23:00, Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00. Any person wishing
to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval
House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 17/11/2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN
WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.
uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_trading It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited
