VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Harvey Nichols Regional Stores Limited
has applied to Manchester City Council to
vary the premises licence for Harvey Nichols Restaurant, 21 New Cathedral Street, Manchester M1 1AD as follows: To permit
the sale of alcohol from 10:00 daily (currently
11:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 Sunday)
and extend the hours on a Sunday to midnight
(currently 23:30) to bring it in line with the
rest of the week. Late Night Refreshment on
a Sunday shall also be extended to 00:30.
To replace the Annex 2 conditions with a
new set of conditions bringing them up to
date. Full details of the application may be
inspected by appointment only by contacting
Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council,
Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert
Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.

should be made in writing to the Licensing
Authority at the above address no later
than 20 November 2025. It is an offence
to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application.
