NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that we Total E-Cig Ltd
have applied to West Suffolk Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as
97 Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3AA
FOR...To change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the attached plan. The changes include adding 5 dart lanes and 2 pool or shuffleboard tables to the first floor of our premises and to allow our customers to consume alcoholic beverages purchased on the ground floor on the first floor.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to West Suffolk Licensing at licensing@westsuffolk.gov.uk by 13/11/2025.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
