Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence

David John Evans has applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council to vary an existing Premises Licence, in respect of The Courtyard Restaurant, No 3 Row, 75 Howard Street South, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2PU.

The proposed variation is to make application for the following licensable activities to be carried on or from the premises: Extension to existing premised licenced restaurant premises, lounge to provide optional seated area to consume alcohol before and/or after meal. Extension area 5m x 4m for maximum 12 people, 6 days opening hours 10 to midnight and Sundays 12:00 to 23:30pm.

The Council's Licensing Register, together with details of this application, may be inspected at the Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF during usual hours.

Representations concerning this application, which must be in writing, can be made to: The Licensing Team, Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF, or
to: licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk, within a period of 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the Council. This period will expire on 7th November 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
