An application has been made by DESIDEV ENTERPRISES LIMITED to Horsham District Council as the Licensing Authority seeking a new premises licence for Faygate Village Store, 1 Durrants Drive, off Faygate Lane, Faygate, Horsham RH12 4AA The application seeks the following: Sale and supply of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises and opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00hrs till 23:00hrs

The application can be viewed online at Horsham District Council’s website or by contacting the Alcohol Licensing Officer at Licensing Department, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham or via email, licensing@horsham. gov.uk Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between the 11 October 2025 and the 07 November 2025. All representations must be in writing (including email or fax) addressed to the Alcohol Licensing Officer at Horsham District Council. It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
