What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that S O NASHVILLE BURNLEY LTD has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as:

STRAIGHT OUTTA NASHVILLE,

Unit H, Briercliffe Road Shopping Centre, Briercliffe Road, BB10 1WB

The proposed application is as follows:

  • SUNDAY–THURSDAY: 17:00–23:00

  • FRIDAY–SATURDAY: 17:00–01:00
