I/WE: Mrs Cynthia Ale Have Applied to: City of Wolverhampton Council for a New Premises Licence for: Naija Tribes, 51-52 Victoria Street, Wolverhampton WV1 3PJ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (09:00-02:00). Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music): Mon-Sun (12:00-02:00). Late Night Refreshments: Mon-Sun (23:00-02:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 7 November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St. Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1DA OR email: Licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/licences/licensing-public-notices It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
