Notice is hereby given that KSA Trading Ltd has applied to Kirklees Council in respect of 260/262 Wakefield Road, DEWSBURY WF12 8AN for a premises licence to permit the following: Off Sale of Alcohol from 07:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by the end of 17th November 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing  It is an offence contrary to s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false or misleading statement in regard to an application, punishable on conviction by an unlimited fine.
