LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I Amin Vazirali Charaniya has applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Moor Local, 262 Moor Lane, Birkenshaw, BD11 2HH

Monday to Sunday 7.00am to 22.00pm for the sale by retail of alcohol/supply of alcohol.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 7/11/2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at http://www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
