Notice is given that Barking Cat Brewing Company Limited has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:
Barking Cat Brewing Company, Unit L, Arthur Bray Yard, 4 West Quay Road, Poole, BH15 1HT.
The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start on the 1st day of December 2025:
Recorded Music (In & Out): 07:00–01:00 Mon–Sat, 11:00–23:00 Sun
Live Music (In & Out): 14:00–00:00 Sun–Thur, 12:00–00:00 Fri–Sat
Supply of Alcohol (On Sales): 11:00–00:00 Sun–Thur, 10:00–01:00 Fri–Sat
Supply of Alcohol (Off Sales): 09:00–00:00 Mon–Sat, 11:00–23:00 Sun
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:

Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
