What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that Frederic Robinson Ltd have applied to
Pendle Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for
the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the
premises known as: Craven Heifer Inn at 400 Colne Road,
Kelbrook, Lancashire, BB18 6TF. The proposed Variation
/ activities are as follows: - 1. Variation to change the
internal and external layout of the premises as per the
drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To
delete condition B2.1, B4.1/2/3/4 and add new children’s
condition. 3. To permit entry 24 hours a day to hotel
residents. A copy of the Licensing Authority register
containing the full application can be inspected at Planning,
Building Control and Regulatory Services, Pendle Borough
Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs. BB9
7LG, between 9:30am and 12:30pm Monday to Friday by

representation in writing by completing a Representation
Form (requested from Pendle Borough Council Licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction
for this offence is an unlimited fine.
