What is proposed?
We Tour De Franks Limited of Tour De
Franks, 707 Merlin Park, Ringtail Road,
Burscough L40 8JY have applied to West
Lancashire Borough Council for the grant of
a Premises Licence the following has been
applied for: Hours of operation (opening
Hours) 0830-1700 Monday to Friday and
0930-1500 Saturday and Sunday and to
add the following licensable activities the
supply of alcohol for consumption on
and off the premises The application may
be inspected at West Lancashire Borough
Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge
Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale WN8 8EE,
between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on
Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can

‘interested Party’ may make representations
in writing to the Council regarding the
application before the 17 November 2025.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with
an application and on summary conviction
anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.
