Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
What is proposed?
An application has been made by Anukira
Limited, to The Royal Borough of Kensington and
Chelsea for the grant of a new Premises Licence
for: Portobello Road Post Office, 325 Portobello
Road, LONDON, W10 5SY for the following
activities: Sale of alcohol – Off the Premises (incl
delivery) Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 22:00hrs The
application and public register can be inspected
online at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or in
person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London
W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with
the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm
Monday to Friday. Any person wishing to submit
representations must give notice in writing to the
Licensing Authority stating the grounds of objection
no later than: 19/11/2025. Representations must
relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives:
prevention of crime and disorder, public safety,
prevention of public nuisance and protection of
children from harm, and will pass into the public
domain in the committee papers. Anonymous
representations will not be accepted. It is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for
such an offence is unlimited. Dated: 22/10/2025
