What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Mr Tim Flynn has applied to Salford City Council to vary the premises licence for the New Oxford, 11 Bexley Square, Salford M3 6DB as follows: To extend by one hour (from midnight to 01:00) daily the playing / performance of regulated music (recorded / live) (indoors only). To permit non-standard times in relation to New Year’s Eve and British Summer Time for existing licensed activities and opening times. To provide an updated set of non-mandatory conditions (to replace the existing). To vary the authorised layout of the premises. To update administrative details on the premises licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications Representations must be received no later than 12 November 2025. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
